Salary: £48,980 – £54,430 per annum

What you will do

• Build and strengthen strategic relationships with financial advisers and intermediary firms across the region.
• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities for Wealth and Platform propositions.
• Use data and market insights to provide consultative support to advisers for business growth.
• Represent Scottish Widows at industry meetings, seminars, and conferences.
• Collaborate with Distribution, Proposition, Operations, and Marketing teams to enhance the adviser experience.
• Monitor regulatory changes (including Consumer Duty) and competitor developments to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, intermediary sales, or adviser-facing roles within wealth, pensions, or investments.
• Strong knowledge of UK pension and investment markets, including platforms and regulation.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Commercial awareness and confidence in using data to make informed recommendations.
• Must be based in the UK to effectively manage regional intermediary firms.

Nice to have

• Professional qualifications such as RQF Level 4 or DipPFS.
