What you will do

  • Identify and research potential B2B partnerships while exploring adjacent B2C opportunities.
  • Present the value of hirify.global partnerships to potential allies, aligning with their specific business priorities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners across the UK and EU markets.
  • Attend industry conferences and networking events to expand the partner network.
  • Prepare and negotiate partnership proposals that meet ROI expectations.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure seamless client handovers and long-term partner success.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in FX, payments, financial services, or technology sales.
  • Native-level fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and meeting KPIs.
  • Experience in affiliate or strategic partnership sales is preferred.
  • Digitally savvy with proficiency in Salesforce and AI-driven commercial tools.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% as required.

  • Existing network of contacts within the payments or expense management industry.
  • Strong lateral thinking skills and attention to detail.
