What you will do
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with premium and high-value clients across the UK market.
- Manage a portfolio of key clients, providing a high-quality, proactive and personalized client experience.
- Monitor trading activity and account behavior to identify opportunities for retention and business growth.
- Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, strategic partnerships, and industry relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, and Compliance to deliver consistent client outcomes.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, seminars, webinars, and networking events.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Premium Client Manager, Relationship Manager, or Senior Sales in an FCA-regulated brokerage.
- Strong understanding of the UK regulated CFD, financial spread betting, and online trading markets.
- Proven ability to manage and retain high-value, active or VIP trading clients.
- Near-native or fluent English proficiency.
- Legal authorization and appropriate documentation to work in the UK.
