Requirements

• Must be based in London or able to work from the London office.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a Relationship Director role, ideally managing education sector clients.
• Proven track record in new client acquisition and building productive professional relationships.
• Strong specialist knowledge of credit, lending products, and sector-specific financial needs.
• Demonstrated ability to manage risk with high attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
