• Manage a panel of asset finance brokers to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Maximize business levels and profitability from existing and prospective brokers.
• Build and develop internal relationships with key stakeholders to leverage growth opportunities.
• Contribute to the asset finance business strategy within the market.
• Perform relationship management duties for key panel brokers.
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives for broker-related business.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK and able to work from the Glasgow or Southampton office.
• Ideally 2+ years of experience in relationship management.
• Strong credit and analytical skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Proven self and work organization skills.
• Relevant procedural, product, or specialist knowledge in banking or asset finance.
