What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact between client business teams and the Workday implementation partner.
- Oversee end-to-end service delivery for Workday-related projects and operations.
- Ensure SLAs and KPIs are met while proactively managing risks and issues.
- Facilitate requirement gathering, prioritization, and change management processes.
- Coordinate governance meetings and produce executive-level reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support the transition from previous consulting partners.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in IT service delivery, project management, or consulting.
- Strong background in Workday (HCM, Financials, or related modules).
- Proven experience working in a triangular model (client – consulting firm – supplier).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- English proficiency: C1 or above required.
- Experience in transition or vendor replacement projects is a strong asset.
