What you will do

• Manage the full sales cycle for enterprise prospects, from discovery through negotiation and closing.
• Articulate the DevSecOps value proposition and align it with customer business outcomes.
• Provide account leadership across pre- and post-sales, partnering with technical and customer success teams.
• Analyze wins and losses to contribute to root cause insights and improve sales processes.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data, buying criteria, and account plans based on evidence.
• Represent the voice of the customer by contributing product feedback to the public issue tracker.

Requirements

• Fluent German language skills required.
• Proven success in software sales, ideally within an enterprise market context.
• Experience managing a varied book of business and guiding customers through complex buying journeys.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing and technical departments.
• Ability to document and maintain accurate pipeline data and account plans.
• Interest in open source software and familiarity with Git or application lifecycle management tools.
