What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of restaurant partners, ensuring a seamless experience post-onboarding.
- Develop account plans and conduct business reviews with priority partners.
- Analyze portfolio performance and operational quality to identify improvement opportunities.
- Provide insight-led support to boost partner revenue and retention.
- Coordinate partner campaigns with Marketing and act as a key link between partners and internal teams.
- Share local market and competitor insights to drive commercial success.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing commercial role (Account Management, Sales, Customer Success, or Marketing).
- Fluent German and excellent English (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Looker, Power BI, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
- Consultative, strategic approach to account growth and relationship building.
- Willingness to travel regularly across West Germany.
- Proficiency in using AI tools for meeting preparation and data analysis with sound judgement on data privacy.
