What you will do
- Respond, engage, and qualify outbound leads and inquiries.
- Source new sales prospects and book appointments for Account Executives.
- Clearly communicate hirify.global's value propositions and identify prospect needs.
- Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts.
- Cold call prospects and present solutions to initiate the sales cycle.
Requirements
- Proven business development success.
- Good experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company.
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills.
- Fluent English and German language skills are required.
- Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic.
- Able to negotiate skillfully and promote/sell ideas persuasively.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo.
