TL;DR
Sales Development Representative (DACH): Qualifying outbound leads and sourcing new sales prospects for Account Executives with an accent on communicating value propositions and identifying key business requirements. Focus on creating target prospect lists, penetrating key accounts, and cold calling to initiate the sales cycle.
Location: (globally, with a focus on EMEA for DACH region sales and must be fluent in English and German)
Salary: USD 31,500 – USD 70,950 On-Target Earnings (OTE), with base salary at 70%.

What you will do
- Respond to, engage, and qualify outbound leads and inquiries.
- Source new sales prospects and book appointments for Account Executives.
- Clearly communicate 's value propositions and identify prospect needs.
- Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts.
- Cold call prospects and present solutions to begin the sales cycle.
- Educate and develop prospects leading to hand-off to sales teams.
Requirements
- Proven business development success through effective use of core sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo).
- Good experience working as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, coupled with excellent listening skills and an energetic phone presence.
- Able to negotiate skillfully and promote/sell ideas persuasively.
- Writes and speaks fluent English and German.
