TL;DR

Sr. Partner Support Specialist (SaaS): Managing the growth and day-to-day activities of global partners with an accent on business development and strategic alignment with GTM teams. Focus on driving revenue growth, optimizing partner onboarding, and delivering high-level product demonstrations to ensure market dominance.

Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote)

What you will do

  • Manage the hirify.global Partner Desk, overseeing new partner leads, onboarding, and day-to-day management of assigned partners.
  • Educate partners on the product/services portfolio, partner programs, and enablement tools.
  • Conduct sales presentations for Partner AMs, SEs, Solution Architects, and Product/Marketing teams.
  • Represent hirify.global at various industry and partner events.
  • Provide weekly pipeline and revenue forecast updates to GTM leadership.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to support account growth and renewal retention.

Requirements

  • Strong background in business development, specifically emphasizing partner management.
  • Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of equivalent work experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Ability to proactively generate leads and maintain business relationships via email, phone, and face-to-face contact.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Suite.
  • Experience with MEDDPICC or other relevant sales processes.

Nice to have

  • Experience in employee communications, workplace experience, facilities, or AV/IT industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI to drive productivity and efficiency.
