What you will do
- Execute daily outbound prospecting via email, phone, and LinkedIn to identify and engage targets.
- Respond to inbound leads quickly, qualify interest, and schedule discovery meetings.
- Research accounts and personalize outreach to meet the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Conduct early-stage discovery to confirm prospect needs, timing, and intent.
- Seamlessly transition qualified meetings to Account Executives with full context and notes.
- Maintain accurate activity tracking, pipeline stages, and reporting within Salesforce.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience as a BDR or SDR (preferred).
- Must be based in the United States.
- Strong writing ability and clear communication skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and modern prospecting tools.
- Ability to handle high outbound volume and rejection professionally.
- Disciplined approach to meeting targets and following routing rules.
