What you will do
- Lead the global HR Operations & Digitalization organization, defining and executing the AI and digitalization strategy.
- Manage and optimize the global HR Services operating model to ensure efficiency, compliance, and scalability.
- Oversee global teams responsible for HR Operations, Pay & Time Management, Reporting & Analytics, and Systems.
- Implement predictive analytics solutions and leverage AI/automation to transform HR processes.
- Partner with IT to define technology roadmaps and ensure seamless integration of enterprise platforms.
- Establish data-driven HR governance and deliver workforce insights to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Extensive leadership experience within an international HR environment.
- Proven track record in HR Digitalization, Transformation, and Shared Services leadership.
- Deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors; experience with ServiceNow is highly preferred.
- Experience leading large-scale global change and transformation programs.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business strategy into scalable tech solutions.
