Location: Must be based in or able to work on-site in Denver, CO
Compensation: $212,500 – $250,000 + Equity + Commission

What you will do
- Manage and mentor a team of approximately 5 SMB Account Executives through weekly 1:1s and live call coaching.
- Own the aggregate quota for the SMB segment, ensuring predictable pipeline and accurate revenue forecasting.
- Actively support reps in navigating complex deal cycles, objections, and closing negotiations.
- Partner with Sales Operations and Marketing to refine inbound lead routing and outbound prospecting strategies.
- Recruit, onboard, and retain top-tier sales talent while building clear growth paths.
- Drive performance metrics including quota attainment, pipeline velocity, and conversion rates.
Requirements
- 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
- 2+ years of direct management or team lead experience overseeing SMB or Mid-Market Account Executives.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding team revenue targets.
- Proficiency in CRM hygiene (Salesforce/HubSpot) and data-driven sales management.
- Strong coaching mindset with the ability to diagnose skill gaps in discovery and multi-stakeholder alignment.
- Must be able to work on-site in the Denver office.
