Location: Remote working with frequent opportunities to meet up, with an office in Barcelona. This role focuses on the DACH Market (Germany, Swiss German, and Austria).

What you will do

  • Manage online and in-person sales appointments, demonstrating hirify.global' value proposition to potential prospects.
  • Participate in 1-2 major national trade fairs per year and organize on-site customer meetings.
  • Proactively search for new business opportunities through cold calling and cold emailing.
  • Analyze and interpret pipeline data using advanced sales tools to continuously improve business strategies.
  • Reach and exceed monthly Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) targets with an incentivizing bonus plan.

Requirements

  • German language: Mother Tongue or C2 level required.
  • English language: B2 level required.
  • 1-3 years of previous experience in a sales team (SaaS, Software, Services) with a proven record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Possess a winning mentality with a strong desire to consistently exceed 100% of the monthly quota.
  • Skilled at analyzing and interpreting data, making decisions based on quantitative evidence.
  • Highly organized, paying attention to detail, and maintaining timely CRM updates.
