TL;DR

Account Executive (SaaS): Driving sales and business development for a hospitality tech SaaS in the DACH market with an accent on sales negotiation, trade fair participation, and proactive lead generation. Focus on consistently exceeding ARR targets and utilizing data analysis to improve sales strategies.

Location: Remote working with frequent opportunities to meet up. Must be available to work within the DACH Market (Germany, Swiss German, and Austria) and attend 1-2 trade fairs per year.

What you will do

  • Manage a busy schedule of online and in-person appointments to articulate and demonstrate hirify.global' value proposition.
  • Participate in 1-2 major national trade fairs annually and organize on-site meetings with customers.
  • Proactively search for new business opportunities through cold calling and cold emailing.
  • Hone analytical skills by critically reading pipeline data and using advanced sales tools.
  • Reach and exceed monthly Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) targets, supported by an incentivizing bonus plan.

Requirements

  • German language: Mother Tongue or C2 level required.
  • English skills: B2 level required for effective international interaction.
  • At least 1-3 years of previous experience in a sales team (SaaS, Software, Services) with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong team player with a winning mentality, driven to consistently exceed 100% of the monthly quota.
  • Data-driven thinking, skilled at analyzing and interpreting data for business decisions.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail, capable of maniacally planning your agenda and updating the CRM in a timely manner.
  • Strong motivation to sell into the SMEs market, managing short and intense sales cycles.
