What you will do
- Manage online and in-person appointments with potential prospects and articulate the company's value proposition.
- Proactively search for new business opportunities through cold calling and cold emailing.
- Analyze data to improve business strategies and make decisions based on quantitative evidence.
- Attend trade fairs and events to organize on-site meetings with customers.
- Reach and exceed the ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) target with an incentivizing bonus plan.
Requirements
- German: Mother Tongue or C2 level
- Good English skills: B2 level.
- Experience: 3-5 years in a sales team (SaaS, Software, Services).
- Team player with a winning mentality and a desire to exceed monthly quotas.
- Skilled at analyzing data and making data-driven decisions.
- Organized with attention to detail and timely CRM updates.
