What you will do

  • Manage a busy schedule of online and in-person sales negotiations to demonstrate the value proposition of hirify.global to prospects.
  • Participate in 1-2 trade fairs and events annually to organize on-site customer meetings.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities through cold calling and cold emailing.
  • Analyze and interpret pipeline data using advanced sales tools to continuously improve strategies.
  • Reach and exceed monthly Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) targets with an incentivizing bonus plan.

Requirements

  • German: Mother Tongue or C2 level required.
  • English: B2 level required for effective international interaction.
  • At least 3-5 years of previous experience in a SaaS, Software, or Services sales team, consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong data-driven analytical skills for decision-making and continuous business improvement.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and timely CRM updates.
  • High motivation to sell into the SME market, managing short and intense sales cycles.
