What you will do

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of specialists, setting clear expectations for quality and performance to support career growth.
• Manage day-to-day operations, inventory prioritization, and resource allocation for disputes, complaints, bankruptcy, and fraud cases.
• Take ownership of client-specific service level agreements (SLAs) and support client audits in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain strict audit readiness by monitoring quality performance and implementing internal controls to align with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Technology and Automation teams to standardize processes, eliminate backlogs, and build a scalable operation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of people management experience within financial services, servicing operations, compliance, or collections.
• Proven track record of managing workflows tethered to strict regulatory or client compliance standards.
• Strong analytical skills and organizational agility to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Effective communication skills to motivate teams and deliver actionable feedback to stakeholders.
• Must be based in or be able to work on-site in Lenexa, Kansas.

Nice to have

• Specialized knowledge of FCRA, FDCPA, UDAAP, CFPB, or bankruptcy regulations.
• Experience guiding teams through operational transformations or formal audits.
