What you will do

• Lead and manage overseas outsourcing partners for submission clearance, rating, endorsement processing, and policy administration; set expectations, track performance, and improve workflows.
• Oversee and develop a small internal operations team handling policy servicing, agency appointments, and licensing.
• Serve as primary liaison to parent company functions including accounting, finance, regulatory filings, licensing, and IT; ensure alignment and follow-through.
• Coordinate with carriers, departments of insurance, and external stakeholders on data calls, reporting, audits, and information requests.
• Act as operational hub across underwriting, claims, administrators, and leadership to resolve issues and create process clarity.
• Take ownership of special projects and emerging needs, bringing structure and execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; demonstrated initiative, reliable execution, and tangible outcomes prioritized.
• 3–7 years of experience in insurance operations, underwriting support, compliance, program administration, or related operational role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, learn quickly, and drive accountability across vendors and teammates.
• Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with senior leadership, carriers, regulators, and external partners.
