What you will do
- Develop and maintain differentiated positioning and messaging grounded in customer and competitive insights.
- Lead end-to-end GTM strategy for major product launches, aligning objectives to commercial value and business outcomes.
- Create high-impact sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, battlecards, and ROI tools.
- Design and execute qualitative and quantitative research programs, such as win/loss interviews and persona studies.
- Collaborate with the executive team to shape category narratives and thought leadership.
- Build and share AI-assisted workflows to compress research cycles and accelerate asset production.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, preferably in payments, fintech, or developer tooling.
- Proven track record of tying GTM strategy to measurable commercial outcomes and revenue.
- Strong ability to distill complex technical concepts into messaging for both technical and business buyers.
- Data-fluency with experience using tools like Salesforce or Amplitude to synthesize commercial insights.
- Practitioner-level proficiency with AI tools and prompt engineering to optimize PMM tasks.
- Must be based in Canada or the UK.
