Head of Product - Clients (Fintech/AI): Leading the clients tribe's product vision and strategy to build an intelligent, seamless AI-experience for API integration with an accent on asymmetric scaling and agentic operations. Focus on embedding automation into operational workflows, owning the roadmap for internal tooling, and optimizing client time-to-market.
Location: Hybrid (Berlin, London, Tallinn) or Remote across Europe

What you will do
- Lead the clients tribe's product vision and strategy, defining OKRs and shaping the long-term roadmap.
- Drive asymmetric scaling by embedding intelligence and agentic AI operations into every process and workflow.
- Own the roadmap for Internal Tooling or Upfront to ensure the business runs efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Engineering and VP of Product to deliver a flawless API experience.
- Directly lead one of the Clients tribe teams while scaling overall leadership across the function.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Product Management, ideally focusing on internal and/or external tooling.
- Proven experience in people leadership, managing teams of 3+ people.
- Strong grasp of UI/UX best practices with the ability to prototype via lo-fi wireframes.
- Experience with agile software development and proficiency with tools like Linear, Slite, Miro, and Figma.
- Ability to quickly absorb complex financial topics such as subledger reconciliation and mutual fund trading.
- Must be based in or able to work remotely from Europe.
Nice to have
- Experience in financial services, compliance, or fintech.
- Familiarity with API documentation standards and AI agent consumption (e.g., MCP).
