TL;DR

Location: Remote (Must be based in the US and near a major airport for travel)

Salary: $160,000 - $200,000

What you will do

  • Lead business development and sales of Recordkeeping services for Multiple Employer Plans across various markets.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for pooled plan solutions, collaborating with internal sales teams and external partners.
  • Educate advisors, consultants, and TPAs on Voya's portfolio and capabilities.
  • Identify prospects, present proposals, and lead finalist presentations.
  • Provide strategic input on product development based on competitive analysis and industry trends.
  • Train local field teams and represent the brand at industry conferences.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US and located near a major airport for travel.
  • 6+ years of sales/marketing success in Retirement or Multiple Employer products.
  • Extensive product knowledge in the pooled plan space and strong marketplace relationships.
  • Series 6 and 63 licenses are required.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of sales success.
