Director, Multiple Employer Solutions (Retirement Plans)

Location: 100% remote within the United States; must be located near a major airport for travel. Hartford, CT is listed as the role location.

Annual base salary: $160,000–$200,000, plus potential incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Develop, launch, and grow multiple employer and pooled plan solutions.
• Sell recordkeeping services for multiple employer plans across market sizes.
• Build relationships with internal sales teams, advisors, consultants, brokers, TPAs, and other partners.
• Lead client, broker, advisor, TPA, and consultant meetings, including finalist presentations.
• Train local field teams and support onboarding of new team members.
• Partner with Marketing and internal product teams on collateral, client service, product development, and strategic direction.

Requirements

• 6+ years of successful sales or marketing experience selling retirement and preferably multiple employer products through brokers and consultants.
• Extensive knowledge of pooled plan products and strong marketplace relationships.
• Proven track record of sales success.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Series 6 and Series 63 licenses.
• Must be able to travel and be located near a major airport.
