What you will do

  • Develop and execute a business strategy to build a network of direct and intermediary sourcing relationships.
  • Originate equipment-based loans by initiating and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Qualify borrowers by reviewing financial data against Loan Policy and Target Market requirements.
  • Negotiate loan structures and secure credit approval for new opportunities during the proposal stage.
  • Manage portfolios, including assisting with collections and customer service requests.
  • Refer non-equipment lending opportunities to appropriate business units.

Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in equipment-based finance or a similar industry.
  • Proven ability to close transactions in the $1 million to $50 million range.
  • Strong credit fundamentals within a banking or finance environment.
  • Must be based in the US (excluding AK, DE, RI, VT, WY).
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Outside sales experience.
