What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end proposal development process for strategic pursuits in the Technology industry on the West Coast.
• Collaborate with business development teams and subject matter experts to create tailored value propositions.
• Develop executive summaries, approach methodologies, and solution narratives addressing client challenges.
• Integrate AI tools to accelerate research, draft content, and improve overall workflow efficiency.
• Ensure quality control through rigorous editing, formatting, and compliance with firm brand standards.
• Maintain and continuously improve proposal content libraries and templates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in proposal writing or content development, preferably in professional services.
• Ability to work West Coast hours is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially advanced skills in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools for drafting, editing, and productivity enhancement.
• Ability to travel as needed.
