TL;DR

Associate Client Success Partner (Client Success): Supporting the management of client accounts for career marketplaces with an accent on client experience and account health. Location: Des Moines, IA

Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 USD per year plus 10% annual bonus

What you will do

  • Shadow Senior Client Success Partners on client calls and participate in prep and debriefs.
  • Maintain CRM documentation and account records using Salesforce and ClearanceJobs Admin.
  • Prepare client-facing materials, meeting agendas, and follow-up documentation.
  • Complete onboarding training modules and product certifications.
  • Develop understanding of account health signals, risk indicators, and expansion opportunities.
  • Practice client-facing skills through structured role-plays to transition into account ownership.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Collaborative, coachable mindset with a commitment to growth.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Prior experience in customer support, administrative, or client-facing roles.
  • Early exposure to sales concepts or data-driven thinking.
  • Familiarity with or curiosity about AI tools in business.
