Business Process Manager (Salesforce CPQ)

Location: San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule; in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Work from home on Wednesdays is generally available, while Friday flexibility depends on the role and partner teams.

Base salary: $185,000–$210,000 per year, plus potential equity, sales incentive pay, and benefits.

What you will do

• Partner with Sales, Revenue Strategy, Enterprise Technology, Deal Desk, and Finance to design scalable, AI-ready GTM workflows.
• Own strategy, requirements, and adoption health for the Salesforce CPQ platform and agentic quoting capabilities.
• Prioritize and manage enhancements across the Salesforce Opportunity object and broader GTM technology stack.
• Execute end-to-end user acceptance testing, including test scenarios, edge cases, and a reusable UAT framework.
• Resolve handoff failures across integrations supporting Deal Desk, Provisioning, Order Management, and Billing.
• Communicate project timelines, success metrics, and release roadmaps to cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Hands-on expertise with Salesforce and the Sales Cloud ecosystem.
• Experience designing complex CPQ platforms in production environments.
• Ability to map data flows, anticipate upstream and downstream impacts, and document structured processes.
• Full lifecycle understanding of Quote-to-Cash operations and handoffs into Deal Desk, Billing, Provisioning, and Revenue Recognition.
• Experience designing edge-case test scripts, executing UAT, and driving defect resolution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across business leadership and technical engineering audiences.
