What you will do

• Lead the full sales cycle from initial interest to closing, coordinating with customer success and technical teams.
• Develop detailed business plans to attain predetermined goals and revenue quotas.
• Build and maintain long-term partnerships with executives at enterprise-level organisations.
• Model a wide range of use cases demonstrating how hirify.global drives business transformation across industries.
• Manage agreements and maintain accurate sales records in Salesforce.
• Experiment with new growth tactics based on sales insights and data.

Requirements

• First-hand experience as an Enterprise Account Executive or similar sales role in SaaS B2B.
• Proven ability to open and develop the enterprise market across EMEA.
• Deep track record of creating significant revenue impact and strong executive relationships.
• Affinity for tech, product issues, or professional experience in finance and business planning.
• Fluent English proficiency.
