What you will do

• Manage invoicing and payment processes for PEPM clients and new products.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate client payments.
• Analyze payment trends and outstanding balances using Power BI, Salesforce, and Intacct.
• Execute portal invoice submissions through systems like Coupa and Ariba.
• Resolve client inquiries related to invoicing and collections promptly.
• Strategize solutions to support Finance organization growth and evolving business needs.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in Finance, Operations, or Business Analytics.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and Intacct.
• Experience with SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI, Cognos, Tableau, or Looker).
• Experience with portal-based invoice submissions.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
