What you will do

• Rotate through three challenging 1-year roles across finance and accounting departments.
• Develop and enhance short- and long-term forecasting models to support operational strategies.
• Prepare monthly financial review packages and support month/quarter-end close processes.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis related to headcount, expenses, and capital expenditures.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, HR, Engineering, and Legal teams.
• Assist in process improvement projects, including automation and system implementations.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Dublin, California.
• BA/BS/MS in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
• 0-1 years of experience or internships in finance, accounting, investment banking, or equity research.
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and GAAP.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, or CIA.
• Experience with Tableau, Adaptive Insights, Salesforce, or Workday Financials.
• Knowledge of SOX controls and SaaS business models.
