What you will do

• Lead and personally deliver banking consulting missions or projects, ensuring service and quality standards.
• Follow up on and steer the consulting work of other consultants.
• Drive commercial development in Belgium’s banking market, ensuring offers fit market needs.
• Support business development in the Netherlands when necessary, including prospection, proposal writing/defense, and customer relationship management from the Antwerp office.
• Develop thought leadership through market analysis and creation of materials such as case studies and expertise letters.
• Coach consultants and steer consulting teams for the Banking & Insurance business line in Belgium.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in business, engineering, economics, or a related field.
• Fundamental insight into the banking market.
• 7–10 years of relevant consulting experience in the banking sector.
• Proven business development skills and experience conducting relevant projects and managing teams.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics, with ability to build expertise quickly.
• Languages: Dutch and English.
