What you will do

• Lead discovery workshops and stakeholder engagements to gather and prioritize business requirements for Data & AI initiatives.
• Define functional specifications, user stories, process flows, data requirements, and business rules.
• Partner with customers to identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI and GenAI use cases that deliver measurable value.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams throughout the lifecycle.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), data validation, and solution adoption activities.
• Contribute to proposals and solution scoping to shape the company's Data & AI offerings in the Vietnam market.

Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst on Data, Analytics, AI, or digital transformation projects.
• Strong proficiency in business process analysis, requirements management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of modern data platforms, cloud technologies, and business intelligence (BI) solutions.
• Experience working with banking or financial services organizations.
• Excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skills.
