What you will do

• Analyze and document As-Is business processes, workflows, and system functionalities.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into clear technical specifications for IT solutions.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business cases and test cases.
• Develop and execute test scenarios to ensure application quality and requirement compliance.
• Create user guides, operating procedures, and training materials for end-users.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to validate and implement requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a business or engineering field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in business analysis.
• Background in banking or financial IT environments, specifically with financial products like loans.
• Proficiency in UML, SQL, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager leading projects from initiation to delivery.
• English: C1 level required.

Nice to have

• Certifications in Agile or business analysis (e.g., PSPO II, CBAP).
• Experience in IT migration projects from legacy to new systems.
• Good knowledge of French.
