What you will do

• Provide detailed support for business operations and process execution.
• Interact with clients via multiple channels including chat, voice, and email to resolve banking inquiries.
• Manage end-to-end client requests and complaint resolution while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Identify and correct system-generated responses to maintain service quality.
• Support team targets regarding productivity and turnaround times.
• Mentor team members, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and conduct quality reviews.

Requirements

• College graduate with at least 3 years of professional experience in BPO, shared services, or retail banking.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Ability to follow complex workflows and adhere to strict regulatory standards.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including mornings, mids, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to obtain required professional certifications within specified timeframes.
