What you will do

• Determine the functional impact on the IT domain based on business, architecture, and technical requirements.
• Design features and functional roadmaps by splitting epics into manageable components.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders across different countries to align business and IT goals.
• Translate high-level business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with architects and developers to select optimal technical strategies and manage non-functional impacts.
• Define test scope and coordinate approvals from local and central departments including Finance, Treasury, and Risk.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in IT or business analysis within banking or a related sector.
• Practical knowledge of modern APIs, micro-service architecture, databases, and programming languages.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• English: Advanced (C1) level required.
• Strong analytical skills, logical thinking, and professional communication.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SEPA/International payment flows and standards (ISO 15022 and ISO 20022).
• Project management skills to handle multiple simultaneous projects and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in an IT-related field.
