Senior Consultant (Fintech)

What you will do

• Execute project assignments including data structuring, benchmarking, and process mapping.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate workshops for client transformation.
• Develop functional specifications and synthesize complex data into actionable conclusions.
• Take on team leadership responsibilities by coaching new hires and junior consultants.
• Contribute to internal knowledge exchange through publications, seminars, and workshops.

Requirements

• University Master degree in Business Engineering, Civil Engineering, Applied Economics, or Management.
• 3 to 6 years of professional experience as a consultant.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
• Must have a valid work permit for Belgium.
• Strong interest in the Financial Services sector and AI-related topics.
• Willingness to participate in temporary assignments abroad, such as in France or the Netherlands.
