Internship – Build the Future of HR with Oracle HCM & AI (m/f/x)

What you will do

• Investigate Oracle Cloud HCM and Employee Self Service improvement opportunities and recommend priorities.
• Assess AI use cases in Recruiting and other HR processes, including business value, data requirements, risks, user impact, and feasibility.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, test scenarios, and feasible improvements.
• Support Oracle HCM configuration, testing, and documentation where possible.
• Collaborate with Group HR, IT, business users, and external Oracle specialists.
• Deliver structured assessments, prioritised recommendations, concrete HCM improvements, and user documentation.

Requirements

• Final-year bachelor's student in Applied Computer Science, Business & IT, Business Information Systems, Digital Transformation, or a similar programme.
• Analytical, curious, and interested in enterprise software, business analysis, and digital transformation.
• Ability and motivation to learn new technology quickly; Oracle experience is not required.
• Availability for fixed weekly internship days from February/March through June 2027, agreed with the study programme.
• Application must include the study programme and institution, availability, preferred internship period, and any school-specific requirements.
