What you will do

• Ensure and maintain strict compliance with national, provincial, and local EHS&S regulations and company standards.
• Lead the execution of key initiatives including risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety training.
• Support the People and Environmental Care (PEC) Steering Committee to drive plant-level performance improvements.
• Take ownership of industrial hygiene (IH) management and EHS permit processing for new projects.
• Develop and report EHS&S metrics and KPIs aligned with regional and global AOP goals.
• Train plant associates in reporting recordable incidents and performing root cause analyses to identify CAPAs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in EHS&S regulatory compliance within a manufacturing environment.
• Expertise in industrial hygiene monitoring and risk assessment (JSA).
• Ability to lead behavioral safety programs and ergonomics improvements.
• Experience with EHS permit management for industrial projects.
• Proficiency in performing root cause analyses and implementing corrective actions.
