What you will do

• Deliver expert technical support and solutions using hirify.global’s CAE software portfolio to address complex design challenges.
• Develop high-quality CAE models for proof-of-concept engagements, covering robust pre- and post-processing.
• Run software evaluations and benchmarks and conduct in-depth technical discussions to improve customer productivity and decision-making.
• Deliver on-site and virtual training, technical presentations, and product demonstrations for sales and customer success.
• Develop automation scripts within hirify.global products and create/maintain technical documentation and knowledge collateral.
• Capture customer requirements and feedback from support engagements and communicate insights to R&D and Marketing to influence product direction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in CAE model development and finite element analysis using solvers such as MSC Nastran, LS-DYNA, or Abaqus.
• Hands-on experience with ANSA and META for aerospace, automotive, turbomachinery, or marine applications.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python (scripting capability is required/strongly expected).
• Strong written, presentation, and verbal communication skills for customer-facing collaboration.
• Willingness and ability to travel and work at customer sites throughout North America.
