What you will do

• Evaluate wind turbine rotor blades and components according to international standards such as IEC 61400-1.
• Perform structural analysis and finite element calculations using commercial numerical simulation tools (ANSYS).
• Inspect manufacturer facilities to witness the correct implementation of rotor blade designs in the production process.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project scope and specifications are clearly documented.
• Collaborate with the global team to execute projects and expand certification services in China and internationally.
• Identify and implement techniques to improve and automate internal calculation processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Structural, or Aerospace Engineering.
• 2-5 years of experience in structural analysis, fatigue failure, and FEA calculations.
• Proficiency with numerical simulation tools such as ANSYS or ABAQUS.
• Knowledge of fiber-reinforced plastic materials, classical laminate theory, and composite failure criteria.
• Willingness to travel within China and internationally.
• Good English language skills (written and spoken).
