Vulnerability & Patch Management Senior Consultant (Cybersecurity): Managing the end-to-end vulnerability lifecycle across cloud environments, with an accent on Tenable-based exposure management, risk prioritization, and patch coordination. Focus on driving remediation SLAs, embedding security into cloud and DevOps workflows, and balancing vulnerability closure with high-availability requirements.
Location: Brussels, Belgium; hybrid work from home, the client, or the Brussels office.

What you will do
- Manage and optimize vulnerability scanning, asset discovery, and exposure management across the enterprise.
- Lead risk-based vulnerability prioritization using Tenable One analytics and exposure scoring.
- Design, coordinate, and oversee patch management processes for high-uptime trading environments.
- Track remediation SLAs, report risk exposure, and drive closure with system and application owners.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, DevOps, and cloud teams to embed security into deployment and maintenance workflows.
- Monitor emerging threats, CVEs, and exploit trends; support audits and improve security policies and standards.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of cybersecurity experience focused on vulnerability and patch management.
- Hands-on experience with Tenable One, Tenable.io, Tenable.sc, or Nessus.
- Strong understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems, networking, and common attack vectors.
- Strong analytical, prioritization, and stakeholder-communication skills.
- Work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
Nice to have
- ISO 27001 knowledge or certification.
- Google Cloud Platform certification, such as Professional Cloud Security Engineer.
- Experience in critical infrastructure, energy, or other regulated and high-availability sectors.
