Cybersecurity Solutions Lead (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Define and execute the cybersecurity domain strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market approach with the Executive Director.
• Lead the design of zero-trust and end-to-end security architectures, including network microsegmentation, identity controls, threat detection, and response.
• Lead cybersecurity solutioning for client engagements, RFPs, proposals, presentations, and technical workshops.
• Design cloud security architectures covering CSPM, CWPP, and multi-cloud governance.
• Develop compliance programmes and security operating models aligned with NIS2, DORA, ISO 27001, GDPR, and the EU Cyber Resilience Act.
• Mentor security architects, incident response consultants, and specialists while promoting security-by-design standards and reusable architecture assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related cybersecurity field.
• 12+ years of experience in cybersecurity or information security, including 5+ years in leadership or client-facing technical roles.
• Required industry-recognized cybersecurity or security architecture certifications; CISSP and/or CISM are strongly preferred.
• Experience with network, endpoint, identity and access management, SIEM, threat intelligence, cloud security, vulnerability management, and penetration testing platforms.
• Experience delivering cybersecurity solutions and compliance programmes in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and workshop facilitation skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Information Systems or a related advanced technical field.
• Presales, solutioning, or business development support experience in technology services or consulting.
• Additional certifications such as OSCP, AWS Security Specialty, Azure Security Engineer, CISA, or GCIH.
