What you will do

• Define and execute the cybersecurity domain strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market approach aligned with organizational priorities.
• Lead the design of zero-trust architectures, including network microsegmentation and identity verification.
• Act as the senior technical authority for client engagements, RFP responses, and solution shaping.
• Develop cloud security architectures incorporating CSPM, CWPP, and multi-cloud security governance.
• Establish security engineering standards and security-by-design practices across all technology domains.
• Mentor solution architects and security specialists to promote continuous learning and certification.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Cybersecurity (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 12+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5+ years in leadership or client-facing roles.
• Industry-recognized certifications are required; CISSP and/or CISM are strongly preferred.
• Proven expertise in Next-Gen Firewalls, EDR/XDR, IAM (Okta, Entra ID), and SIEM platforms (Splunk, Sentinel).
• Deep experience designing compliance programs aligned with NIS2, DORA, ISO 27001, and GDPR.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills for executive audiences.

Nice to have

• Certifications in offensive security (OSCP), cloud security (AWS/Azure), or audit (CISA).
• Experience in presales or business development within a technology services or consulting context.
