NIS2 Consultant (medium seniority) (NIS2)

What you will do

• Advise clients on NIS2 implementation, compliance strategies, and their cybersecurity compliance journey.
• Conduct risk assessments, maturity evaluations, and NIS2 gap analyses.
• Design internal control, risk mitigation, compliance reporting, and regulatory alignment frameworks.
• Drive ISO 27001 implementation and provide Information Security Officer advisory support.
• Support cybersecurity project and program management in multinational environments.
• Identify NIS2 business development opportunities and support RFO and RFP pre-sales activities.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of Governance, Risk & Compliance experience, ideally in public and industry sectors.
• Proven experience with ISO 27001 and CyFun.
• ISO 27001 certification required; CISA, CISM, or another relevant ISO certification is beneficial.
• Experience as an Information Security Officer or security manager on larger projects.
• Strong project management, communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and structured risk and compliance skills.
• Ability to interpret regulations into practical, business-driven compliance processes and work autonomously in a consulting environment.

Nice to have

• CISA, CISM, or another relevant ISO certification.
• French or Dutch alongside English for supporting Belgian public and industry clients.
