Presales Engineer (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote from Belgium, Luxembourg, Czechia, Hungary, Bulgaria, or Romania

What you will do

• Act as the primary technical contact throughout customer sales cycles and collaborate with sales on solution strategies.
• Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, workshops, and health checks for customers and partners.
• Understand customer security challenges, infrastructure, and requirements to design tailored solutions.
• Design, deploy, and manage proof-of-concepts and product evaluations.
• Prepare technical documentation, proposals, and RFP responses.
• Build technical relationships with customers and partners, share feedback with product management and engineering, and represent solutions at industry events.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in sales engineering, technical presales, security consulting, or a similar cybersecurity role.
• English and Dutch language skills are required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Deep knowledge of networking protocols, network security, security architectures, threat detection, incident response, and common attack vectors.
• Experience with SIEM, NDR, EDR, UEBA, and SOAR solutions, as well as product demonstrations and POCs.
• Familiarity with Linux CLI and basic scripting or programming; willingness to travel for customer meetings and industry events.

Nice to have

• CISSP, CEH, SANS, or similar industry certification.
