TL;DR
Senior Manager Cybersecurity (Cybersecurity): Leading cybersecurity strategy, risk, and compliance initiatives for global clients with an accent on business development and operational resilience. Focus on developing client offerings based on NIST and ISO frameworks and driving the go-to-market strategy for proprietary SaaS risk tools.
Location: Hybrid in Brussels, Belgium. Work permit for Belgium is required (the company is unable to provide one).

What you will do
- Develop and deliver cybersecurity offerings including NIST CSF, ISO 2700x, TPRM, and BCP/DR reviews.
- Drive go-to-market efforts for the proprietary C2R SaaS tool for cyber risk quantification.
- Manage key account relationships and lead business development and proposal efforts.
- Apply strategic thinking to provide recommendations and findings to executive sponsors.
- Mentor junior team members as a Career Advocate.
- Collaborate with global Directors and Partners to support the Cybersecurity Business Unit growth.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or Econometrics.
- 6-8 years of experience in cybersecurity projects within a consultancy firm.
- Proficiency in languages such as Python, C++, Java, Ruby, Node, Go, or PowerShell.
- Knowledge of IP Networks, Operating Systems, Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), and Cryptography.
- Fluent English and either Dutch or French communication and presentation skills.
- Must already possess a valid work permit for Belgium.
