Senior Manager Cybersecurity

Location: Brussels, Belgium; hybrid work from home, the client site, or the Brussels office

What you will do

• Develop, manage, and deliver cybersecurity offerings covering strategy, risk, compliance, operations, resilience, and training.
• Support operational resilience initiatives and the Cyber Risk Review SaaS, which quantifies cyber risk through NIST-based attack modeling.
• Develop strategic recommendations, summarize findings, and present results to executive project sponsors.
• Manage projects, key client relationships, proposals, and business development efforts.
• Coordinate internal initiatives, maintain project information repositories, and ensure client deliverables are submitted on time.
• Mentor junior consultants as a Career Advocate.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, statistics, or econometrics.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience in a consulting firm, including cybersecurity projects.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics.
• Knowledge of Python, C++, Java, Ruby, Node, Go, and/or PowerShell.
• Knowledge of IP networks, operating systems, cloud platforms, applications, and cryptography.
• English plus Dutch or French communication and presentation skills required; work permit cannot be provided.
