TL;DR
Vulnerability & Patch Management (Associate) Manager (Cybersecurity): Managing the end-to-end vulnerability lifecycle on cloud environments with an accent on discovery, prioritization, and remediation. Focus on optimizing the vulnerability platform, risk-based prioritization using Tenable One, and embedding security into DevOps workflows.
Location: Hybrid (Brussels, Belgium). Must have a valid work permit for Belgium; the company is unable to provide one.

What you will do
- Operate and optimize the Vulnerability & Patch platform for asset discovery and exposure management across the enterprise.
- Lead risk-based prioritization of vulnerabilities using Tenable One analytics and exposure scoring.
- Design and oversee patch management processes for high-uptime trading environments.
- Track remediation SLAs and drive timely closure with system and application owners.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and DevOps teams to embed security into deployment workflows.
- Monitor emerging threats and CVEs to translate them into actionable remediation plans.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a strong focus on vulnerability and patch management.
- Hands-on expertise with Tenable One (or strong experience with Tenable.io / Tenable.sc / Nessus).
- Solid understanding of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking.
- Valid work permit for Belgium is required.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder-communication skills.
Nice to have
- ISO 27001 knowledge or certification (e.g., Lead Implementer / Lead Auditor).
- GCP Professional Cloud Security Engineer certification.
- Experience in critical infrastructure, energy, or highly regulated sectors.
