What you will do
- Lead the Algorithmic Pricing squad and support engineers' personal and career growth.
- Ensure high reliability and low latency for a system powering delivery fees across 60+ countries.
- Collaborate with product counterparts to provide technical direction and design iterative solutions.
- Own tech metrics, KPIs, tracking, and alerting for the team.
- Oversee the execution of functionalities in small, value-driven iterations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a technical guide/manager aligning with business goals.
- Strong understanding of JVM technologies (Java/Kotlin).
- Experience with microservices, API-based, and event-based communication.
- Knowledge of IaaC, specifically Kubernetes and AWS.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and dependencies.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with A/B testing.
- Experience in Pricing domains.
- Ability to be hands-on to support junior developers.
