What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective customers via phone, chat, and web inquiries.
  • Quickly qualify inbound leads by identifying business pain points and goals to ensure speed-to-lead.
  • Schedule high-quality discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives.
  • Manage high volumes of conversations across multiple channels while maintaining a personalized experience.
  • Document all customer interactions and next steps accurately within Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to optimize the prospect journey.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.

  • Strong communication skills for interacting with business owners and finance leaders.
