What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective customers via phone, chat, and web inquiries.
- Quickly qualify inbound leads by identifying business pain points and goals to ensure speed-to-lead.
- Schedule high-quality discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives.
- Manage high volumes of conversations across multiple channels while maintaining a personalized experience.
- Document all customer interactions and next steps accurately within Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to optimize the prospect journey.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.

- Strong communication skills for interacting with business owners and finance leaders.
