TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the Hartford, Connecticut region. Requires daily/weekly local travel to visit retail stores in-person and approximately 30% overnight travel.

Salary: $61,000–$66,000 annually + bonus potential

What you will do

  • Acquire new SMB retail partners and sell the value of lease-to-own finance products.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews using KPIs to increase balance of share (BOS) and optimize retailer efficiency.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and execute growth strategies within the assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership, marketing, and product teams to ensure retail partner needs are met.
  • Negotiate contractual agreements and drive long-term results through in-store training and successful onboarding.
  • Resolve compliance cases through the implementation and enforcement of policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience in retail sales, field sales, sales training, or account management.
  • 3–5 years of experience in cold calling, hunting, or prospecting new B2C or B2B clients.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and impacting organizational growth.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
  • Must maintain a clean driving record and possess a personal vehicle for local travel.
