Salary: $61,000–$66,000 annually + bonus potential

What you will do
- Acquire new SMB retail partners and sell the value of lease-to-own finance products.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews using KPIs to increase balance of share (BOS) and optimize retailer efficiency.
- Manage the sales pipeline and execute growth strategies within the assigned territory.
- Collaborate with sales leadership, marketing, and product teams to ensure retail partner needs are met.
- Negotiate contractual agreements and drive long-term results through in-store training and successful onboarding.
- Resolve compliance cases through the implementation and enforcement of policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in retail sales, field sales, sales training, or account management.
- 3–5 years of experience in cold calling, hunting, or prospecting new B2C or B2B clients.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and impacting organizational growth.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
- Must maintain a clean driving record and possess a personal vehicle for local travel.
