Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 8+ years of experience partnering with senior executives like CPO, COO, or CEO.
• Proven background in Chief of Staff, business operations, or product operations roles.
• Strong ability to manage confidential information, competing priorities, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience creating executive-ready documentation.
• Ability to travel frequently as needed.
