What you will do

• Drive strategy at the intersection of Product and Service orgs to improve products and launch new capabilities.
• Own end-to-end CX strategy and implementation for new product and service launches.
• Lead service design by mapping blueprints and identifying AI leverage points for service teams.
• Build and iterate on AI-powered workflows and agentic systems to resolve customer needs faster.
• Serve as an AI thought leader, identifying opportunities to accelerate team productivity and operational baseline.
• Provide data-driven insights to influence product and service roadmaps for senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in product operations, service design, business operations, or strategy.
• Proven track record of implementing AI, including building agentic workflows and automated systems in production.
• Experience with service design and end-to-end customer journey mapping.
• Ability to manage and improve complex, cross-functional release processes.
• Strong proficiency in data interpretation to influence strategic decisions.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Legal.
