On-target Earnings or Base Salary: $281,000 - $330,000 USD (San Francisco, CA)

What you will do

• Act as proxy to CPO, driving efficiency and productivity across Product org.
• Transform product development processes with emphasis on AI integration.
• Partner with executives on major initiatives like new product lines, M&A, and board prep.
• Bootstrap initiatives, conduct research, coach teammates, and fill leadership gaps.
• Assist in goal setting, execution, reporting, and providing data insights on strategy and performance.
• Drive product strategy decisions, resource allocation, and cross-functional tradeoffs; author strategy docs.

Requirements

• 7+ years in fast-paced high-growth environment in product strategy, operations, program/business ops, or consulting.
• Deep understanding of product functions with technical fluency.
• High EQ, grit, humility, curiosity, AI track record, entrepreneurial mindset, product leadership.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, influence skills.
• Strategic pattern-matching, project management, leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven process transformation, especially leveraging AI for product development.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B software or platform businesses.
• Product strategy background.
