TL;DR

Senior IT Procurement Specialist: Leading the procurement of software, hardware, and services with an accent on strategic vendor management, contract negotiation, and cost efficiency. Focus on developing procurement policies, optimizing source-to-pay workflows, and driving value across IT, Marketing, HR, and Sales departments.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Toronto, ON (Hybrid: in-office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays).

Salary: $90,000–$110,000

What you will do

  • Lead procurement efforts and high-value negotiations across all business units.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of vendor contracts from drafting to renewal.
  • Analyze spending data to track trends, forecast needs, and report on KPIs.
  • Develop and implement company-wide procurement policies and workflows.
  • Utilize tools like ServiceNow to improve procurement efficiency and transparency.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and mitigate supply chain risks.

Requirements

  • Experience in high-value procurement within a multi-departmental or enterprise environment.
  • Proven track record in contract negotiation and source-to-pay processes.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with procurement platforms such as ServiceNow.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to advocate for business interests.
  • Must be able to work from the Toronto office on a hybrid schedule.

Nice to have

  • Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or ITIL certification.
  • Fluency in Spanish.
